Trip planning still - How much do we take?

It's getting down to packing time.  Kind of exciting, but deciding what to leave and what to take makes my head hurt.

The weather will be from the mid 20's to low teens while we are there.  So that means a variety of clothes.  Plus when we leave home it will be -10 or colder.  So we have the issue of winter coat and boots.  Then what do we do with them when we get to the airport.  Or dress in layers and leave room in the carry on to stuff things into as we find we don't need them. 

I'm not going to be wearing heavy boots and jacket.  Walking shoes, fleece jacket and a windbreaker will have to do it.  At least those items I can wear when we are in Florida.  The ladies have been warned that they are responsible for what they bring.  It should be interesting. 

JT has offered to take her tote bag and one other that I made in her suitcase.  I'm so grateful.  They are a bit on the bulky side.  Light weight, but bulky.  She also took some of the Christmas decorations.  We only bought window stickers that come off without any residue.  We didn't want to create more work for the "Mousekeepers".  

Whether pack light and wash clothes while we're there has been discussed.  Three of us are planning to do at least one load of laundry.  The other one has indicated that's now how she usually travels so she probably will bring enough for the 10 days. 

Because of limited closet space in our rooms, we're packing some pant hangers and those hooks from "TV Showcase" that you hook a number of clothes hangers to the hook to save space.  Hope this works.

The last minute things to add always worry me.  I just know I'll forget something important.  Like a charger for one of the electronics.  Nothing could be more frustrating than to cart an electronic device all that way and then not be able to use it.  Then there is medication that is taken daily.  Especially the type that has to be refrigerated.  That is so easy to forget.  And so very important.

Finally the boarding passes and ordering the taxi.  Hope they have vans big enough for all the luggage that is coming (as well as for the four of us).
